چکیده
Annihilation or decay of dark matter (DM) could contribute to the electron and positron cosmic-ray flux, allowing for constraints on DM parameters from its measurement. CALET is directly measuring energy spectrum electron+positron cosmic rays up into TeV region most important studying heavy DM, while AMS-02 provides a positron-only below range. Limits annihilation well mass range have been derived combined analysis both data-sets with an astrophysical background model including pulsars as origin excess individual nearby supernova remnant sources.

Gamma Ray Spectra from Dark Matter Annihilation and Decay
In this paper, we study gamma ray spectra for various scenarios of dark matter annihilation and decay. We focus on processes which generate only high-energy photons or leptons and photons, but no proton-antiproton pairs, to be compatible with PAMELA’s data. We investigate photons produced directly from two-body decay chains and photons produced together with charged particles. For the former ca...
متن کاملNew limits on dark matter annihilation from Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer cosmic ray positron data.
The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer experiment onboard the International Space Station has recently provided cosmic ray electron and positron data with unprecedented precision in the range from 0.5 to 350 GeV. The observed rise in the positron fraction at energies above 10 GeV remains unexplained, with proposed solutions ranging from local pulsars to TeV-scale dark matter. Here, we make use of this...

متن کاملCosmic gamma-ray background from dark matter annihilation
High-energy photons from pair annihilation of dark matter particles contribute to the cosmic gamma-ray background (CGB) observed in a wide energy range. The precise shape of the energy spectrum of CGB depends on the nature of dark matter particles. In order to discriminate between the signals from dark matter annihilation and other astrophysical sources, however, the information from the energy...
